Core Samplers may be used in holes prepared with
the Hand Augers to collect samples in liners for geotechnical or
environmental testing. The AMS Core Sampler is available in four
sizes from 1 1/2 to 3 in (3.8 to 7.6 cm). These samplers are described
by the core sample size and are made of either hardened high carbon
steel or 300 series stainless steel with a 400 series hardened
core tip. The Kits shown belowinclude the Core Sampler as well
as a Slide Hammer, Liner and two Liner End Caps. Use with the Extensions
shown on the previous page.
