The Cylinder Molds are dimensionally accurate
and are used to make test specimens of wet concrete. Made from
a nonabsorbing
and non-adhering plastic, designed to withstand rough handling.
They
are
economical to use as they require no preparation and can be easily
stripped from the specimen using the Stripping Tool.
The molds are available in four diameters:
• 6 in. (15.2 cm)
• 4 in. (10.2 cm)
• 3 in. (7.6 cm)
• 2 in. (5 cm)
Domed Plastic Lids, for the 6 in. size do not touch the specimen and seal the
end of the mold to prevent specimen moisture loss.
Steel cylinder molds are also
available.
