The Test-Master® is a modern-technology, full
feature screen shaker used for gradation analysis of sample batches
up to a maximum of one cubic foot (0.028 m3). Two models are available.
P-260 has six screen trays and a dust pan. P-26020 has seven trays
plus the dust pan. The Test-Master® uses the same screen trays
as the Screen Shaker described above. Designed primarily to separate
materials with sizes in the range 4 in (10.1 cm) to No. 4. It will
also handle smaller amounts of finer materials down to No. 200.
The opening sizes of the six or seven screens should be specified
at the time of order placement as they are included in the price
of the Test-Master®.
The screening motion of these Shakers is essentially vertical vibration
set at optimum for stone and gravel materials. The Shakers are
driven by a 1/3 hp capacitor start motor with built-in overload
protection. Internal rotating weights equalize the action of
the rotating
mechanism to virtually eliminate vibration. Trays are clamped
by hydraulic cylinders, operated by a convenient foot pedal. The
Test-Master® has top and front covers to confine dust and reduce
noise. A digital control panel displays elapsed time and allows
operation timing to
99 minutes with reset, hold pause and resume controls. Accessories
