Instructions:

1. Complete and submit the RGA Request Form.
2. Wait for a response confirming your RGA request has been approved. Responses are usually sent out by the next business day.
3. Write the RGA number on the outside of the boxes.
4. Enclose a copy of the RGA Approval Form with the package to be returned.
5. Ship package(s) with freight pre-paid.

Return Policy

All pre-approved returns must have the RGA number marked on the outside of the package. If there is no RGA number on the box, it will be either returned to you or discarded, because our receiving department would assume that it is an unauthorized return.
DGSI reserves the right to give partial or no credit for the following reasons:
• Improperly packed returned merchandise.
• Any units which may have been tampered with or are missing parts.
• Merchandise returned after thirty (30) days of RGA approval.
• Merchandise which did not originate from DGSI.
• Used product with no resale value as deemed by DGSI.
• Product returned does not match reason for return stated on the RGA request.

• All returns must be cleaned and decontaminated or a $150.00 USD fee will be applied to each piece of equipment (Environmental Products only).
• If we receive a shipment containing products not authorized for return on the corresponding RGA number, we will return them as-is at customer's expense.
• If returning additional products to DGSI, a new RGA number will be required.
• In case of repairs, we charge an evaluation fee of $85.00 USD per item which is fully applicable towards any repairs you authorize. If the repair is declined, the 85.00 fee is payable.
• Equipment will be discarded after 90 days if no response is received after product evaluation.
• If items are returned for credit, credit will be issued pending inspection for use or damage.
Any applicable credit will be issued within thirty (30) days after receipt of goods. DGSI reserves the right to assess a 25% restocking fee for all returns.
• DGSI will pay for surface/ground return freight only for warranty repairs. If you require overnight or other special requirements for expedited shipment, these will be at the purchaser's expense.
