SepTek™ Level
Control System |
|
|
 |
Mechanical
level control system to Increase
pump life by reducing the number of motor starts and stops.
Application:
Maintain
a precise draw-down level in a well for extended periods.
|
|
Hold that drawdown without above-grade controllers!
SepTek™ (Fig. A) used in combination with
the SEP
IV electric submersible pump (Fig. B) is the simplest way to maintain
a stable and precise drawdown level in the well for extended periods.
Installation
is easy. Simply place SepTek in line above the SEP IV or other electric
pump exactly where the desired water level is to be maintained and
walk away! The SeptTek/SEP IV Combo will do the rest. It’s simple
and maintenance is low.
No need for cycling submersible motors on and off. No expensive relays,
no VFD’S, no throttling valves. The SepTek is installed above the SEP IV or other electric pump
at the desired water table drawdown level. When the pump is activated,
the
internal float will respond by directing the liquid to the surface
or recirculating it in the well to match the fluid output to
the recharge
rate of the well which maintains the desired level. The pump will
operate continuously, increasing the motor life. The SepTek System
provides for
full fluid discharge with no head loss or restrictions. It is constructed
of a PVC body, brass bypass valve, cast bronze and stainless steel
linkage.
